Event and absence management
With version 3.2.0, DNA EQMS introduces a new feature for recording events, incidents, complaints, and near-miss situations. Organizations can customize event types, define mandatory fields, and configure rules depending on the type of event.
Events enable clear recording of important situations within the organization, including event descriptions, detection details, involved persons, and corrective actions. Any number of tasks or measures can also be triggered directly from an event.
The new version also introduces employee absence management. Users can record different types of absences, while currently absent employees are clearly marked in the employee list.

- The document list should include co-owner and co-author columns
- When personal documents can be created, there should also be an option requiring the related person to familiarize themselves with the document
