With this version, we’ve introduced two-factor authentication (2FA) to DNA. It’s enabled by default for all users with an email address entered. This means that after entering their username and password correctly, users must enter a one-time code sent to their email address. The one-time code from the email must be entered into the “One-time login code” field, followed by clicking the Login button. If the code is correct, the user will successfully log in and be redirected to the DNA dashboard.
To simplify the login process, the email containing the one-time code also includes a “Login to Application” button, which instantly logs the user into DNA without the need to manually copy or type the one-time code.
