- Download the add-in by clicking:If you’re not sure which bit-version you’re using, follow these instructions to find out.
- Open the installation file.
- If a Windows Defender warning appears when launching the installation file:
- The window »Windows protected your PC« will appear. Click More info
- Then click Run anyway to allow the installer to run.
- The window »Windows protected your PC« will appear. Click More info
- The introductory window of the installation wizard will appear. Click Next.
- In the next window, you can select the installation location. The default path is recommended. Click Next.
- Confirm the installation by clicking Next.
- When the installation is complete, click Close.
If a duplicate installation of the add-in appears in Word, you need to uninstall the older version to ensure proper functionality. You can do this in the same way as uninstalling other applications in Windows.
