V skupini Impol uporabljamo aplikacijo DNA EQMS za organizacijo in vodenje različnih vrst sestankov.
Ena izmed ključnih prednosti aplikacije je možnost predhodnega pregleda agende, kar udeležencem omogoča pripravo lastnih prispevkov in s tem prispeva k učinkovitejši izvedbi sestankov. Modul za akcije omogoča obvladovanje sklepov, korektivnih ukrepov in ciljev, kar pripomore k preglednemu delegiranju nalog.
Posebej koristnim ocenjujemo najnovejši modul »tehnološki procesi«, ki bistveno olajša pripravo dokumentacije, potrebne za skladnost z zahtevami avtomobilske industrije. V okviru načrtovanja operacij tehnološkega procesa predpisujemo kontrole, metode in merila ter ocenjujemo tveganja.
Na podlagi teh vnosov se avtomatsko generirajo zapis poteka procesa, kontrolni plan in FMEA analiza.

At the Impol Group, we use the DNA EQMS application to organize and manage various types of meetings. One of the key advantages of the application is the ability to review the agenda in advance, which allows participants to prepare their own contributions and thus helps ensure more effective meetings. The Actions module enables us to manage resolutions, corrective actions, and objectives, contributing to transparent task delegation.
We find the newest module, “Technological Processes,” particularly useful, as it significantly simplifies the preparation of documentation required for compliance with the automotive industry’s requirements. As part of technological process planning, we define controls, methods, and criteria and assess risks. Based on these inputs, the process flow record, control plan, and FMEA analysis are automatically generated.
Managing a large number of processes, standards, and related documents poses a serious challenge for any organization that wants to keep control of its business environment. Continuous improvement and upgrading of business processes raise this challenge even higher. In today’s world, I cannot imagine managing such a volume of data and information without an appropriate IT solution.
At the Civil Aviation Agency, our decision to implement the DNA information solution was a major step forward in managing our business processes. Creating records of working documentation and archiving shortens the time needed for specific tasks. Archiving is automated, as is the overview of records.
The tool is very helpful for monitoring non-conformities that result from internal audits as well as from external inspections.
Through the digital employee file, we maintain control over employees’ qualifications (competencies) and monitor recurring trainings. The training plan system automatically sends notifications every Monday, so it’s impossible to miss any required training for individuals.
It is somewhat cumbersome to use when building models.
Otherwise, I use it extensively for compiling legislative requirements (HARD LAW & SOFT LAW) and manual requirements. Their interconnection enables me to immediately recognize new requirements and their impact on the procedures in the organizational manual.
There are no more issues when an auditor asks how I monitor legislation and how it affects changes to the organizational manual.
I always present it to external inspectors/auditors.

Our company, Precisium d.o.o., has been managing our ISO 9001:2015 documentation in the DNA application since 2018. At the beginning, consultants from Nets supported us with the content, mapped out our processes, and helped us understand the application and the philosophy behind the ISO 9001 standard, which can be quite challenging for beginners. In recent years, we have been updating the documentation ourselves, but whenever we need assistance, they are always ready to help.
Before using the DNA application, we created our documentation in Word and Excel and struggled with document coding systems, which we stored on our server. This way of working caused a lot of stress in ensuring transparency, traceability, and in creating new documents each year.
Since we started using the DNA application, ISO 9001 is no longer a major source of stress for us. Everything is stored in an organized way, with established links between actions, documents, reports, and risks. Creating new versions of documents is simple, and the search function allows for a quick overview of the documentation. Thanks to DNA, we spend much less time preparing just before external audits, as the application enables us to work continuously throughout the year.
Auditors are very satisfied with how we present information during audits, as it shortens the time spent searching for data, which has earned us praise for our use of the application. Everything is stored in one place, and the DNA application even gives us ideas for the continuous improvement of our business operations.
With DNA, we genuinely focus more on improvements and less on the documentation itself, allowing us to go beyond merely satisfying the auditor’s requirements and to truly advance our quality management system.
